Meet the Doctor

Dr. Freitag uses a 'whole person approach' when taking care of his patients.  His perferred method of adjusting the spine is a method called 'Activator'.  Dr. Freitag has obtained advanced proficiency credentialing in the use of this method.  You can learn more about this technique at http://www.activator.com/ .  He has been certified in Myofascial release, a new highly successful approach to treating injured muscles, tendons and nerves.  As a trained provider he is able to diagnose the presence of scar tissue, which limits range of motion and muscle strength, and then aid in its removal.  He is also licensed through the state of Wisconsin to provide nutritional counseling.  Dr. Freitag uses the newest and best natural vitamins and mineral supplements on the market today.  Dr. Freitag is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

After working in sales and marketing in the Madison area, Dr. Jay found his true calling and enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic.  While attending Palmer, he served as the first vice president of the Palmer Student Alumni Association.   During his tenure at Palmer, Dr. Jay also was involved in the Palmer Wellness Club and other adjusting technique organizations.  He served as a Clinical Teaching Resident, was nominated for the prestigious Clinical Excellence Award, and received the Diagnosis Certificate of Merit.  In October 2013, Dr. Jay graduated Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic and joined the progressive team at Belleville Chiropractic and Wellness Center. 

Dr. Jay currently resides in Verona and enjoys lifting weights, cooking, working on his family’s dairy farm and cheering for all Wisconsin sports teams.

Dr. Jared Radermacher is a licensed Doctor of chiropractic, committed to providing patient-centered care. With a strong foundation in musculoskeletal health, spinal alignment and nervous system function, Dr. Jared helps patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life. He believes everyone should experience the benefits chiropractic has to offer and strives to empower patients to take an active role in their health.

Dr. Jared graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2019. When not in the office you may see him kayaking, hiking, camping or participating in the wonderful festivities the driftless region has to offer. He calls Mount Horeb, Wisconsin his home and resides there with his amazing wife and two wonderful children.
